Saddlebrook is a development in Iowa City that includes market rate apartments, town homes, condominiums, and manufactured homes. Saddlebrook offers a 4000 square foot Clubhouse that includes a great room, kitchen, conference room, media center with computers, internet, printers, and fax machine, a billiards room, and a fitness center.  Saddlebrook also includes a playground area within The Paddock, a fishing pond and walking trails. The community includes The Mane Gate Apartments, The Town Square Apartments, The Overlook Apartments, Triple Crown Condominiums (managed by West Winds), The Belmont Town homes, The Clubhouse Condominiums, The Paddock (manufactured homes), and Saddlebrook Meadows.
