We offer a wide variety of rental types, from efficiency size one bedrooms to large 3 bedrooms to upscale manufactured homes.
Saddlebrook, a 420-acre planned residential community, broke ground in the mid-1990's and boasts many unique amenities. There is a 4,000 square foot clubhouse with a fitness center, media room, kitchen and great room for residents to enjoy in addition to walking trails, a fishing pond, and a playground area for children. Saddlebrook offers a wide variety of housing types, including condominiums, townhomes, apartments, duplex-style condos and single family homes.

Yes. Anyone 18 yrs of age and older, living in the unit, will need to complete an application.
Yes. There is a $50 non-refundable application fee per person.
Standard leases are 12 months. Short term leases are available at select locations.
Yes. If you choose to sublet your unit, you will be responsible for finding a new tenant(s). They must complete an application and be approved by management prior to move in. There is also a sublet fee of $100 for administrative fees.
The security deposit is typically the same amount as rent unless there is a monthly promotion. The deposit is due at the time you sign your lease.
There is a late fee if rent is received after the 5th of the month.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. It is not considered late until after the 5th of the month.
All checks and money orders must be written to the complex you live in.

Payments are accepted through the online portal. Automatic payments may be set up through the portal.
Rent may also be paid by check, cash, or money order in the office,in the drop box in front of the office, or at select properties.
The first rent payment is due the day you will move into the unit, unless specified by management.
Pets are allowed at some locations. Please view the availability page for locations that allow pets.
There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee, as well as an additional $35/month to have a pet(s) in your unit. The monthly fee is for the unit as a whole, and not per pet. There is a maximum of 3 pets allowed per unit and there are breed restrictions
